I tried to complete this run yesterday, but it was raining too heavy and couldn’t risk my beats headphones getting wet - so only ran for 15 mins at the most🥴
Tried this morning to complete again, but woke up late. Still ended up getting out of the house though, but because I left later I only ran for 20 minutes - didn’t want to get too sweaty before work!🤣 I could’ve gone on longer but feel like I didn’t have the motivation, and didn’t mind not completing it? Also felt like it went on for ages🤷🏼♀️
Hoping that feeling will pass soon as I’d like to continue improving and running, just feel I’m a bit bored?!😢 but don’t want to lose what I’ve achieved so far🏃🏼♀️ I will change my route tomorrow to try again - hopefully that’ll help! Trying to be positive!🏃🏼♀️👟

I’m on about week 3 of graduation and just had a duff one as well, managed just over 23 mins and feel a bit deflated! (I’m putting it down to not looking forward to tomorrow, work consultations going on🥺) keep positive and keep going, we know we’ve got this!
I’ve been through this as well and have felt very disheartened and unmotivated but now something has changed again. Last 3 runs were much better and I managed 5km once again and today’s Cons 13 I managed my first 6km. I am now running to the Nike app guided runs and really like them. The first one I tried was running on empty and it worked for me 🤗. If you haven’t given it a go yet maybe consider it 🌻
