just done w6 r2 on holiday. 28° was a tad warm and honestly struggled. Not sure I will manage 25 minutes without a break 😒

Just a thought, but maybe try earlier in the day before it's got warm?

28C is a lot above the ideal... and running in the sun magnifies the effects... so firstly I gotta day bloody well done on that run. Secondly, great job committing and running while on holiday. That just leaves the next run... don’t fear it... don’t stress about it... try to get out early morning... give it a go. If it’s too hot and you don’t manage it, don’t worry about it one little bit, you’ll nail it when back home! Some runners pay a fortune for warm weather training holidays, and they work, you’ll come home stronger! Enjoy your holiday, and happy running.

Well done! I don’t think I would of attempted it in that heat. I’ve just finished w6r3 and found it easier than the other 2 runs this week. Good luck with R3
