After the first two runs this week, Tuesday only 15mins ๐too hot, Thursday 23mins ๐คฆโโ๏ธno idea where my motivation had gone!! We ran yesterday in the rain for 34mins YES!! I can run again๐๐โโ๏ธ๐
So pleased to be back on track, 5k we are coming to get you ๐
I love running in the rain lol. I can only do morning runs at the weekend and I find them so much easier, the two runs in the week are straight after I finish work, so I have less energy, so my plan is to try and do 30 mins for the evening runs and push a bit longer at the weekend.
I find trying out different playlists to listen to, plus we use the map my run app with under armour and just have reminders every 10mins, plus Iโm lucky to be doing this with my husband and he keeps me going.
