Found week 5 run 3 actually ok but have really struggled with all week 6 runs and dreading week 7 now. Should I go back and repeat?

The week 7 runs are the same as week 6 run 3 more so if you managed that even if it was a struggle I’d say you’re ready. Trust in yourself and the programme
I think I struggled with every run in every week ha ha! I just ran 3.5 miles this morning (I’m still shocked writing that!). You got this!!

If it makes you feel better you could repeat W6R3 three times instead of doing W7
