I had my first running dream last night! I imagine it's a bit like when someone learns a new language and their brain switches over to it during a dream. It was a great run - strange how swift I am in my imagination🤣. I hope my real run today will be half as good. Am I becoming obsessed with running? Yep. Do I care? Nope.
