I attempted run 1 of week 9 on Monday and had to quit at 15minutes due to thigh pain. Have rested and stretched all week and this morning changed my route to the flat esplanade of the the town where I live. Successfully completed the 30 minutes, 4.2km and could feel the thigh but not to a pain level. Feel encouraged again that I will complete the program next week. Another beautiful sunrise in tropical Queensland made the jog even more enjoyable.
