Interesting article! I get blisters on both feet. The pain can start about 8 to 10km into a run. In a HM, overcoming the blister pain often seems my greatest challenge. I have been pondering whether a HM would.be easier without that pain, whether I would have greater resilience to push harder or faster. Kind of the opposite perspective of the same thing discussed in this article. I keep working on a blister solution, so maybe I'll have my own graph one day 😀
