Just completed run 2 of week 9, can’t believe I made it this far but oh my, today was hard! My legs felt like iron, think I started off too fast. But either way, one run left to go!! 😊

Well done.
Could be hydration causing leg issues, so make sure you drink a minimum of 2.5-3 litres of fluids through the 24 hours leading up to your glorious graduation run.

Well done and don’t let today’s feelings put you off from R3 ... just 30 mins of running to go and you will have done it !! You’ve got this in the bag !
