Yep, my first consolidation run this morning and it was fab. Not to hot, and beautiful location and not another soul in sight (except for Mr who ran with me - he's not a runner and has not been doing the programme but has come out with me sometimes and has really amazed himself, and me, with his own progress - though I keep telling him he should've done the programme and he'd be even better!!) Anyhoo, we had a lovely run and I totally jumped over that pesky 20 minute wall that keeps getting in my way. Best splits ever too. Of course, still nowhere near 5k, not even up to 4k yet, but not bothered about that and for once I was a happy bunny π

Hope it goes well! I know, I'm feeling a bit under motivated, but went through the w9r3 run with Michael in my ear again - tbh its the halfway bell I'll miss! π
