I have the w6r1 tonight if I ever finish work. I'm determined not to get caught out 😄 so will see how it goes

There is nothing inherently difficult about that run, just that it is often approached with a bit of overconfidence after the glories of W5R3.

Just stay nice and steady and it is yours for the taking.

You’ll do fine! Just don’t try going too fast just because its not 20 mins straight 😁

Let us know how it goes - and remember to enjoy it. Week 6 - did you ever think you’d get this far?! You’re doing great 😃

I did mine this morning. It wasn’t too bad. I don’t think it helped that I ate a tub of Haagen Dazs peanut butter crunch yesterday though! 🙄

Great advice from everyone who has said don’t go out too quickly on the first bit. I did it last week and felt that it must be easy because of WK5R3 and got a bit caught out to be honest. So steady goes it, you can always speed up later if you feel ok, but get yourself over the line and you will feel great. Good luck, chin up, and enjoy!
