Managed to get out for a morning run again today, was glad I did as it was already very warm

Another enjoyable 30 mins and looking forward to graduating on Wednesday

I’m finding I’m more relaxed now and can zone out a little bit more which is great for relaxing and the park where I run is pretty flat but does have a few inclines. I used to fine those tough and had to get my breath back on the decline sections, but I’m more consistent throughout now and actually fine the inclines a nice change for my legs.

Good luck anyone graduating this week 👍🏻
