Completed this morning playmates. Didn’t know if it would be okay after calf injury on Friday last. But decided if any discomfort arose, just stop. Well it went well. And then afterward, I sit by the lake at B’Ham University and drink some water. And look at what we have here. Looks like a Heron has decided to move in. And all four Signets are fine too. Bliss!!

It’s always good seeing wildlife before/during/after your run isn’t it. Great pics of the heron and the signets!
