Today I decided to try and up my run by 0.5km this run, from 3.5km to 4km. My plan is for Monday being my long run, Wednesday being my easy run and Friday being my hard run (focused on slimming down pace etc. basically just not my average run) and then got my two rest days. Hopefully I can up the other two as I up Mondays run (e.g when I get up to 4.5km the others will go up to 4K if you know what I mean and eventually level them all out)
I kept my pace pretty much the same the whole time at around 9’10” which I feel like is my happy pace. Only struggled at the end with an incline because I had to do a lot of on-the-spot jogging because of people going up and down the stairs I needed to get up to finish my run. Definitely feel like I’m achieving a bit now. Do I stay with 4km run on Monday for another week or can I continue adding another 0.5km until I reach 5K?

I would do at least another 4K run. Or at least see how the run feels once you’ve started! It may be one of those runs where everything is right and you can push! Good luck!
Well done ! I like your weekly goals and plan. As long as you feel comfortable each run but also don’t feel obliged to stick to it rigidly, sat if you’re feeling sore, stiff or struggling (after all plans can an do change!) then sounds good.
