Started on week 3 run 1 today. It was slightly harder running for 3 minutes but I do feel like I'm slowly getting more endurance. I listen to the radio 1 anthems which has lots of great running tunes from my twenties. I also enjoy interval running with interval walking. Previously I would just run and I really struggled but this way means I can slowly build up my staminia👍🏃‍♀️
