Went for my first run as a graduate on Friday, when it went up to 28 degrees here in London. Tried a new route in a shady park and wore a hat but still got sunburned - oh well...
I listened to MJ on the week 9 podcast for a bit of a change and added some new songs to my playlist so, although it was a struggle, I did it and felt like superwoman when I finished. I’ve never been able to run or jog for more than a few seconds before and I love this feeling! Even on super hot day when it feels like I’m wading through treacle 😊
