Thatwasunexpected as I said here are my times from today’s run.
Give you an idea of the pace I set myself which I’m not going to use the word comfortable but sustainable with regulated breathing and some serious digging deep for that routed determination 💪🏻👍🏻.
Keep up the good work and we will all achieve. Huge congratulations on another new PB. Smashing it

I’m 8 weeks post graduation and have been clocking the miles up by consolidation. I’ve even managed 2 10km runs and a really easy pace. Anyway, I’ve had come one trouble but working through this with physio I’m tailed back my miles focussing on 5km and I broke the 30min barrier for the first time. Well buzzing
That’s amazing and doesn’t it feel great !!!! After my run yesterday I honestly felt amazing, the more I think about it the more I feel determined and focussed on the 10K. Like you at the moment I would like to maintain the sub 30 times whilst slowly increasing the distances maybe every other run.
8weeks post graduation well done and congratulations and to have managed 2 10K runs in that time 🧢 of to you well done 👍🏻.
I’m glad to hear between sensible rest and your physio you have overcome the trouble you encountered. Keep up the good work and keep me posted. Send me some of your times as I like to use these as data, helps to manage pace whilst running.
