Running a bath

My exercise and running have increased Incredibly! But so have the number of baths I have! Anyone else the same?

Yup! Constantly washing my hair too 😍. And laundry, more of that as well. Then there's shopping .... All worth it 👍👍👍

We dont have a bath now just a shower.

Sometimes wish we had a bath as a good soak is good for your muscles. I often did that after a long hard day hiking in the hills.

Usually shower every day, but shower after an early run. Sometimes have a second shower if I do a late run.

Keep clean and keep safe.

Interesting! It's the power shower for me, but Mr grumpy does like his bath after a run 😁 ( throw in some Epsom salts, it's good for cramp apparently)

Actually, I'm really really missing my showers right now, I'm recovering from a broken ankle and I can't stand up in it yet. Won't be long though 🤞

Gosh yes - though I try to run in the morning before a bath. More worried about my hair, which I used to wash once a week but with so much sweat i can't do that any more...

I’m with you .. I definitely consider when I’ll have to wash my hair when planning runs...don’t want to be washing it on a rest day! 😜

So now I plan a hair wash after my run, just a new weekly schedule!

So weirdly I end up having showers to freshen you up in the morning but then the bath in evening after the run! Never been cleaner.
