Week 3 Run 3 complete!!

Normally on a Thursday morning I would be getting in my car at 6.00 to drive the 2 hour commute to the office and sit in traffic. Then I would spend around 10 hours in the office and drive 2 hours back.

Now in lockdown, I get up at 6.00, spend half hour catching up on the news, then go out for my run which sets me up for a much more productive day, and then I finish work at a reasonable time and have the evening at my leisure!! Wow what a difference to my quality of life!!

The couch to 5k is helping me maintain that work/life balance. So many benefits!!

Couldn’t agree with you more. The C25K journey is so much better for me than the 4 hr daily commute journey I was doing before. I have time for breakfast, eat at a reasonable time in the evening, do C25K on Mon, Wed, Fri early mornings before starting work at 8am. Such a difference - I genuinely have balance now and the added bonus is I seem to be sleeping much better too.
