Promised my son , who is locked down away at uni that at I would do my graduation run on his 22nd birthday as we have to spend it apart this year and managed to complete it before breakfast .
Started as a complete beginner and can now run ( slowly but confidently ) for 30mins plus ! The challenge now will be to keep going without the programme or park run to give me a focus . Well done to everyone who has graduated in lockdown, a positive achievement in difficult times!
