So after a disastrous wk7run1 last week, Iβve left it a good few days to get my metal motivation back.
Was feeling great this morning set off on my usual route and had been running a good while when I thought why hasnβt sarah popped up yet, maybe on this week she comes on at a later time. So still running a bit more and possibly a bit quicker and took a quick look at my phone thinking I must be at least half way only to discover the app had paused at 2.37 π«π«π«π«π«π«
So I carried on running the route that I did on wk6 run3 so I reckon Iβve done anything from 20mins to 28 but I suppose I carried on and thatβs the main thing.
I will complete this wk7 if it kills me.
