After an almost 3 week lay off due to knee/tendon .Originally I had reached week 7 but decied to do week 6 run 2 to test how I was.Pleased to say I completed it forst 5 mins were tough but once into it started to enjoy it again.Determined to do 5k regularly before I get my old age pension at Christmas!
