So I woke ridiculously early and eager to get out and do this run, I even wore my short shorts and tried some new insoles. I'm not sure if it's the shorts, the soles or I'm just an early bird BUT I did it and felt like I could've kept going!
4.4km with 6:53/km Avg pace - I'll take that, ta very much 😁
I'm going to take another two day rest then I'm dancing all the way to The Grand Finale 🎉🎉🎉
Happy Saturday folks

I always wake up early for my runs but I found once I was wearing shorts and good shoes, I wasn't overheating as much so I felt like I could keep on going the same as you!
You deserve that two day rest, because you'll smash your final run for C25K - good luck
Thanks packersrun. I think knowing most folk were still in their bed helped me gain the courage to get the shorts on but they are definitely more comfortable.
Well done you, almost there, I felt great for my last run and although it was my quickest to date, I pushed too hard and was breathless throughout, it wasn’t my favourite so just take it easy and don’t go too fast in the first 5-10 mins. Good luck! 💪🏼
I have a segment on steava as part in my first 5 mins so I'll maybe mix my route up a bit to stop me taking off too quickly as my my first km usually is my fastest so thanks for the advice. I'm super excited about my final run though 😁
