A little harder today as the wind was blowing from the West again. Felt like I was running backwards at times, but I completed the final 30mins of the program.
I think I'm going to continue doing 30 mins for another week (3 runs), then I'll take a look at the distance and try increasing using the 10% rule for the following week.

Thanks Jan. I dug out his post and link. It is interesting. I think what I'm going to for now is after increasing the distance (10%), run at the new distance for 3 or 4 weeks. The theory is that this gives the body time to adjust.
