Graduated yesterday. Really amazing programme. Am 68 fairly active woman but overweight. Was daunted by running for 90 seconds but can now managed 45 minutes, albeit slowly. Anyone starting out and struggling, please look up Japanese jogging, adopting this style will allow you to keep going and eventually build on distance and pace. I love it! Daughter has just signed me up for 10k event!
