W9R1 - Snail dodging!

Well, I ran my first full 30 minutes! It was actually quite cool out which was lovely but I had to do a bit of snail dodging! I must have looked very strange!

Felt a bit tired 20 minutes in but didn’t give up - I love this new determination C25K has given me! All of your lovely comments and support for each other really does help to keep you going.

Good luck to everyone out on their runs this evening!
