Couch to 5k Graduate!

Posted this in totally the wrong chat yesterday, hopefully this is the right one....! Completed Couch to 5K on Thursday morning! Run a couple of 5ks now, including one this morning and really enjoyed the programme. Big jump was from 8mins to 20mins I think in week 5. Once that was achieved I felt confident I’d get to the end. It’s a great, well constructed programme I’d recommend to anyone. Gives you an objective each week to reach and keeps motivation levels high. Ideal for physical and mental wellbeing. And Michael Johnson was a great coach! 👍. All the best to others working through the Couch to 5K, you can definitely do it! It’s virtually all in the mind, if you can stay positive and focused you will get there. All the best
