Wk8 R1 & 2

Week 8, I can’t almost believe that I’m here! After run 1 which was a bad run, however after reading all post on here, you get them and I have taken great comfort from that. Run 2, got up this morning, left at 6.45 kept a steady pace, changed my route slightly and bingo I ran a full for 28 mins. It still feels tough, but when has challenging yourself ever been easy! ✅🏃‍♀️🎉
