So I did my last run on sunday (w8r3) but due to bad ankle was taking couple of extra days rest but now my lower back has gone too (long term problem) and it usually takes a good few days to improve. I was planning to run again tomorrow but theres no way I can now which means I'll have had well over a week off. Am so sad and missing my jogging 😪 and gutted cause I'd completed every run so far, kept to the day on/ day off and am so close to compmeting c25k. Will I now need to go back a week or two and build up again or should I just try for w8r3 when I do finally get out?

Not to worry, you don’t lose any significant fitness in the first couple of weeks, you’ll be back out before you know it 😊

The rest will do it good. Take some vitamin R (rest)! Usually one can still exercise other parts of the body. Yes the sequence has been disrupted but the long term fitness goals are more worthy.
