After an unintentional 3 week break from running and advice from the good folk on this forum, I went back out this morning. Just did my warm up walk, then ran, well, slow jogged, for 25 mins. Took it steady and stopped before I pushed it too hard.
Felt elated, it was fine, so will do another run ‘freestyle’ and then go for my two final runs if I feel ok. Excited! This programme has been so beneficial, I was gutted to get so close and put it on hold. Determined to finally graduate soon!
