I did a run on Sunday & yesterday morning early and now my odd foot pain is back. Previously it went away when I rested and exercised my ankle so I suspect (hope) it’s not serious. But I don’t think I’ll run til it feels better though I’m annoyed by that - I’d like to go for a run tomorrow morning. Went for an early bike ride this morning instead, before the heat kicked in - maybe I’ll just do that again instead.

That's rotten luck. Sounds like you need a bit more rest but cycling is good, you're still getting out and about. Hope you recover soon.
