Evening. I just graduated again on c25k as I was struggling after stopping for a few months due to a bad knee. Question I have is I have since been for a 30 min run but only covered 4km. So do I keep running for 30 mins and hope I cover 5k or run 5k in whatever time it takes. Any advice would be appreciated

Check out the pinned posts on graduation. It's recommended to just keep running for the 30 mins for a week or two, take it easy and consolidate before trying to increase speed/distance
