Well , still running like a 🐌, and I'm still always convinced I won't manage, but this 61 year old wobbly woman has done it yet again. I'm not sure i will ever believe I can do this , but I am ! I may even be a itsy bitsy bit quicker too !

Me too - 61 woman and I completed W8R2 today - just a week ahead. I never thought I would take to running. I am even disappointed on a rest day as I can’t run!
