Hmm, this is the first one I have not enjoyed.
I've seen a fair few posts about wk6 - end of Wk5 is one long run, which is fab, but then back to intervals this week really upends your thought process.
I don't think I helped myself by taking off faster than normal, then finished by lumbering along like Frankenstein's monster... π
Anyway, upward and onwards to Friday's challenge πββοΈπββοΈ
