So many times have folk asked this... and simplistically, running is about more than just one foot in front of the other
Each week is different ( of course) , it has to be, to move us on... and the runs teach us about the discipline of our running, they evolve and are intended, to use a phrase of IannodaTruffe 's "...to gently extend your total duration and then adjust the proportion of running to walking. "
The programme works,,, all we have to do is to trust it and have confidence in ourselves
