Went for the Stamina option in the NHS post 5k this morning. Felt quite good though still not enough hydration. Did ok at 158 bpm and 160. Had timed everything so I had a 5 min cool down walk up a hill then laura caught me out by suggesting last 5 mins was increasing the pace to 165 bpm. Doing that up hill was not part of my plan!
Not entirely successful but still enjoyed almost reaching my goal for the day!
