After years of trying to complete this programme on and off, I finally graduated from the program and I amazed myself by running for 30 minutes!!
I know it's cliche but to anyone who is umming and arring about starting this programme or even having trouble with the programme, I implore that you get that foot out the door and persevere because if I can do that anyone can do it!
Looking at post-C25K life, I will definitely continue running for 30 minutes for the next couple of weeks but I definitely want to work my way up to 10k. Is there any hints or tips as how to achieve this?
I also just wanted to thank everyone on this site for the inspirational posts which has motivated me to carry on and completing the programme!
