Best run yet! 🎉

Okay it was hot, and I had to stop a few times to cross the road, but I tried a new route and my body thanked me for it. Was able to complete just over 4K in half an hour, which I have not been able to do to date. Also my average pace stayed relatively the same throughout the whole run for once which means maybe I’ve finally started to settle into a good rhythm for me? Who knows, but I’m so happy with my progress, now on to the final run! 😬😬😬
