I had my last run last Monday (15/06) and then got really wheezy and a bad cough that kept me up during the night. My GP has now prescribed me an inhaler for exercise induced asthma.
Went out today and had a good W8R2 apart from when I decided to summit “Everest” and had to walk for 30seconds at the top 😬
I’m again wheezy but hopefully the use of the inhaler will help with that. - I’ve had a few puffs and will take another this evening. This only made an appearance during high pollen season at tail end of week 7, so I think that may be partly to blame.
Has anyone else had this?

This is really odd because I got this once while running, i had chest pain and was then wheezing, could really hear myself breathing if you know what i mean. I actually assumed i had a really mild case of coronavirus because i've had it on and off ever since. However it now seems inversely related to exercise as i find it easier to breathe whilst im running (i breathe through my nose) than i do, for example, before going to bed. I haven't bothered to speak to a dr though as just assumed i'd get the classic "just isolate for 14 days" prescription. Also thought it could just be hayfever.
Yes that sounds like the same thing, it doesn’t affect me when I’m running but afterwards.
I had fully recovered from last Monday’s run but it’s triggered off again today. I am hoping when the pollen count drops in a few weeks it will be better too.
