By-the-way. Sometime ago, I decided only to eat when hungry. Not just because it’s breakfast time or lunchtime etc. well I find that on run days, I skip breakfast altogether. It may be because I’ve practiced 16/8 fasting for a while which has made it easy. Last meal was 5pm last night. Want to know how I’ve achieved this? Cut out sugar. Simples

I will say that only eating when hungry does do wonders! I’d usually be in school, so it’s really difficult to not eat at scheduled times (and I’d also tend to snack on rubbish) but during lockdown I’ve given it a go and it’s been such a game changer!
Well done. The 1977 dietary guidelines, eat less fat and exercise more, are wrong. My GP thought outside of the box for me last year, and started me in an amazing journey.
Research it for yourself and see? I suggest Dr Jason Fung, a nephrologist, book The Obesity Code. And look on U-tube at GP Dr David Unwin. I hope you do, it’s eye opening and empowering.
