Forgive me dear woods!

Having abandoned my usual run in the woods at the weekend resulting in a horrible experience with the glass fronted pavilion, I returned to my faithful, non-judgemental woods today! Mwah ๐Ÿ˜˜! I also reminded myself about the slow jog... tap, tap, tap, no faster than walking pace, be able to talk while you jog.

The end result today was 28+ minutes (plus because I got lost in the woods) and felt so much better than the last run. Makes me think I will be able to do it again on Wednesday ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Week 8 Run 2 here I come!
