Just finished week 2 run 3 and maybe it’s a tad easier than last week. I lost my phone band so had to hold it and it kept stopping mid run so I need to fix that before next week.thank you for sharing the C25K beginners vlogs - really helped
In the meantime as I started to write this I realised I’ve missed a weigh in on Saturday. Probably just as well🤔
