Second Graduation of the year!! 🥳🏃🏻‍♀️

Well well well where to begin?!

11 weeks ago I was an anti-runner, anti-cardio couch sitter who hadn’t run since school (and even then I had to be forced!).

Now after 9 weeks completing the Couch to 5K programme and 2 weeks midway through with a slight injury I am proud to say that I have graduated after completing W9R3 this morning 🥳🥳🏃🏻‍♀️😆

Not only have I managed to run for 30 minutes non stop, but I additionally managed to run a 5K in sub 30 clocking in at 29:43 😱😱 who would’ve thought it?!?!

After the emergence of the pandemic, unfortunately I haven’t been able to have a university graduation ceremony this year and won’t be able to graduate in front of friends and family until 2021. BUT... on the bright side it’s nice to have an additional graduation of Couch to 5K to rekindle that smile on my face 👩‍🎓👩‍🎓🍾🎉🎉

I can’t thank everyone on this platform enough for all the advice and support!! 😁 To everyone starting out the programme, believe in yourself and the plan - you’ll be surprised at how much your body can actually achieve! You’ve got this 💪🏼💪🏼
