Well I managed to get wk7r3 done - wasn’t sure I’d make it as I stupidly started a 500 squats in a week challenge on Wednesday and my legs were not having any of it. Only did 100 but

with the 3 long runs this week my legs were like no way. So gave the challenge up - I’m already challenging myself enough with this!!

So I felt ok when I started and got further in my route at 1/2 way than the other 2 runs, but had to slow it right down for the 2nd half and ended up only managing 3.5k on the actual run, which is 1k less than Monday. I’m a bit disappointed but with my legs being so so sore I’m happy I ran at all.

So I’m going to give myself 2 days rest over the weekend and start wk8 fresh and raring to go on Monday.

Wk7 was tough but I’m so delighted to have run 3x25mins in one week. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Well done - don't be disappointed with 3.5k! It's the time that counts and you did it! Brilliant.
