Having completed W7R2, I’ve now convinced myself I’m taking this challenge seriously. Got gait analysis and new trainers (yay! Can’t wait to try tomorrow) and impulse-bought this foam roller. They can be painful, true. But I figured a portable one would be better than trying to keep manoeuvring myself around the traditional foam ones. How does anyone feel about the benefit of them? All pain no gain? How often?
