I’m very new to running...and this site. I’ve just finished W4 and I’m really enjoying it so far. I’m overweight with dodgy knees so I’m just doing my best with each run.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
Well done and keep going. I’m in the same boat (apart from the dodgy knees) and a little behind you in the programme.
This site and the forum help A LOT.

You can definitely do it. I am in my 50s, overweight and the least sporty person I know! You won’t believe what you can achieve. Best wishes.
