4th post graduation run and 2nd NHS Speed option run. I've found I really enjoy the faster pace though I still find it a bit difficult to sustain . Thank goodness it's only for a minute at a time but I feel a real sense of achievement when I finish so I'll do a few more of those. At the moment I am walking a few steps rather than going straight from 165 bpm to 150 so hopefully that will improve after a few more attempts
