Decided to run despite the weather; I like running in the rain, it stops me from feeling too hot. Anyway, I'd been running for about 5 minutes when I realised I hadn't switched my tracker on. Luckily I have a visual marker on my run that is at the 5K mark.
I'll be double checking that I'm 'switched on' before my next run. ⏱️⏱️⏱️

I do my own thing. Ran for 30 minutes a few times (I'm not quick enough to complete 5K in 30 minutes) I run to music (can"t run without it) and track my run on my Garmin and now run until I've completed 5k.
