I didn’t feel like it, was still sore from Sunday and tired.

I’m finding W8 tuff, I should be feeling I’m on the homeward stretch not thinking I might have to give up.

Light bulb💡 moment.

If I take longer strides it might take the pressure off my calves. When I warm down I take longer strides for this very reason.

Did my stretches.

Here’s hoping I’m not as sore tomorrow 🤞

Hopefully you won't be as sore.

I'm actually waiting until tomorrow for this run, leaving an extra rest day because I think I'm needing it. I may even then leave run 3 until sunday. I'm also stretching, or doing full body squats, on rest days.
