After completing C25K, I am thinking of what to do next, open to thoughts....my idea is to consolidate for 2 weeks running 30 minutes. Then i am thinking of starting C25K again, but at a faster pace? Or work on distance covered over 30 minutes . Just not sure. 2 weeks to decide.
What next?: After completing C25K, I am... - Couch to 5K
What next?

You don't need to repeat C25K, what you can do is the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, after that you could sign up for Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.

Have you read the guide to post C25k running?
Many have said that they are going to redo C25k as you suggest, but I have never heard of anyone completing it.......what are you going to do when you get to continuous runs?
Consolidation is a good idea and mix up your runs.......they don't all have to be 30 mins and they don't all have to be at the same pace.

I’ve been doing consolidation runs, and my target at the moment is to try a run 5k in 30 mins or dare I say under. I’ve treated myself to a Fitbit Charge 3, which tells me the time when I reach 5k. It was taking me 37mins, a few weeks ago, but best so far now is 31:32. I’ve also downloaded the run zombie run app, an interactive running game, so I’ll give that a go too as it looks fun. Anyway Good luck, whatever you decide to do 👍
