About to run WK9, run 1 and I really cannot believe I have made it this far! To anyone who is just beginning or is even half way through and thinking I will never be able to run 30 minutes, that person was me too and I’m here! The finish line is in sight, just three 30 minutes runs to go and I’ve felt in the best shape of my life 😄 on top of the world at the moment!
